You may return the product to us within 14 days of receipt by following the procedure indicated below.

The product must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition in which it was delivered. We reserve the right to refuse the return of a product that does not meet the above conditions.
We will refund the product within 14 days of the validation of the return to us. The refund will be processed using the same payment as the purchase.
A personalized or custom product cannot be returned.
