At Elara’s Love, every item is handmade with care and intention. These store policies ensure a smooth and transparent experience for all our customers. Please review the following before placing your order.

Processing & Shipping

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipping.

• Shipping Carrier: We ship via USPS Ground Advantage.

• Estimated Delivery: Domestic orders typically arrive within 3 - 7 business days.

• Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Custom & Handmade Items

• Each product is individually handmade, so slight variations in color, texture, or pattern are normal and part of its unique charm. No item will ever be the same.

• Custom orders may require extra processing time—you’ll be notified if this applies.

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns: Accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.

• Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange for a different item, contact us at support@elaraslove.com within 14 days.

• Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized products and digital downloads are non-refundable.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, cancellations cannot be guaranteed as your item may already be in production.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us immediately with photos or order details so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
