Custom & Handmade Items

Each product is individually handmade, so slight variations in color, texture, or pattern are normal and part of its unique charm. No item will ever be the same.

Custom orders may require extra processing time—you’ll be notified if this applies.
Returns & Exchanges

Returns: Accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.

Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange for a different item, contact us at elaraslovehealing@gmail.com within 14 days.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized products and digital downloads are non-refundable.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, cancellations cannot be guaranteed as your item may already be in production.
Lost or Damaged Packages
