Shipping and Return Policy

Elara's Love pays close attention to detail when preparing each order to ensure the product is delivered in new condition.

If, for any reason, you have received a product with a defect or damage, please contact us at support@elaraslove.com as soon as possible.

You may return the product to us within 14 days of receipt by following the procedure indicated below.

We invite you to contact us at support@elaraslove.com  and mention your order number. We will notify you of the agreement for the return.

The product must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition in which it was delivered. We reserve the right to refuse the return of a product that does not meet the above conditions.

We will refund the product within 14 days of the validation of the return to us. The refund will be processed using the same payment method as the purchase.

A personalized or custom product cannot be returned.
